It was really hot inside to be honest their standard is getting low day by day. They need to work on staff training politeness aand other things that should bring back the golden days. There is too much competition but they are not really equipped. Staff has no idea how to take order. There is always room for improvement got coffees but they are just average.

If you know your coffee then this is not the place to be, bitter tast first time, powdery texture and feeling second time, simply they cannot make the average cup of coffee.Food is not fresh but they say so, its like old bread and chicken dipped is tomatto sauce.You will be disappointed if you know your coffee.

They were short of almost everything. Restroom was out of order. Were serving coffee and cookies only. No wifi no napkins. Now they have improved a bit but 2nd cup is offering far better service than gloria jeans.
Went twice in a day to the F 11 branch of GJC on insistence of a friend who has come from USA and was missing Starbucks coffee. This spoke volumes about the taste and quality of their Americano coffee but this review is basically about the pathetic state of their washroom. The pictures will tell the whole story. The washroom should have been impeccable in view of the exorbitant prices they charge for their products. The friend said such a place would have been shut down by the health department in view of the pathetic sanitary condition of their washroom.Coffee: ++. Amenities -3.
Theek hy.....mushroom growth of coffee shops in small area adjacent to one another. Youngsters of area and employees of surrounding offices patronize these outlets for having chitchat while snacks during office break and off hours in evening .
