My experience was bad the food was not good and the service was pathetic. My friend and I waited for almost one hour and as others their machine was not working because they don't want to pay tax to FBR so they say machines are not working and pay 15 percent tax which will basically go into their own pockets..

The service and staff support was superb, the taste of chicken items was realy good (Chinese, Burger, Italian), in our initial visit the steak was not worth it (actually it was more like cooked beef rather than steak), but in ourast visit the medium well cook beaf steak was excellent.

The food was so bad. Below average. We ordered chicken chowmin, it's quality and quantity both were poor. The permisan pasta was eeee yakk. Red sauce is totally wasted and white sauce was below average. Their chicken cheese stripes were average but less salty(pheky). There prices are so high and their quantity is so low .And the very main thing quality for which user spend money is worst.

I just ordered the molten lasagna and stuffed chicken last night. my experience was horrible. both things were smelly and tasteless. Totally wastage of money! kindly improve your food quality.

I recently dined at Mindanos restaurant, where I tried their polo chicken, stuffed chicken, and chicken steak. Each dish was cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. The polo chicken was particularly tender, the stuffed chicken was rich and well-seasoned, and the chicken steak was perfectly grilled. Alongside the delicious food, the staff were exceptionally attentive and respectful, making the overall dining experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend for both the quality of food and the outstanding service.

Loved the food taste and the serving size as well as the staff and service.
The cream of mushroom soup was awesome and molten chicken lasagna was one of the best ever lasagna I’ve ever had. I asked for this pasta in white sauce instead of red and it was also the best. The drinks lychee and blueberry were both very refreshing.
I was only disappointed by the cheesecake. It wasn’t good at all.

Visited Mindano’s for their Hi-tea buffet. It was 1799+tax per person.
Food: the food was pretty good. Some of the items were a bit on the colder side. However the fresh batch of food was nice and warm. They had 3 appetizers, 8 entrees, 4 desserts, 5 salads, black and green tea. The best thing was the bottomless mint margaritas. I had not had such delicious mint margarita in a long time, that too at a buffet.
The down side to the buffet was that it mostly had Chinese cuisine two types of pasta and a lasagna.
Service: the service was so good. All the servers were very helpful and attentive. They were very nice towards my toddler, which is always a plus for me.
Atmosphere: They place had a very open and well lit environment. Though they could enlarge their outdoor space, as it is something one would opt for in rainy or cold season. The seating was very comfortable. Their baby chairs were nice and comfortable as well.

Had a nice early dinner here. Ordered 2 dishes, (allegedly) British style Fish & Chips and the best Pasta dish I’ve had in years.
The pasta dish was deeply flavored, rich creamy and tasty. In fact I’m going back to order one for immediate consumption and one for a take-home treat!
The fish was more expensive and disappointing both in size and taste. Seemed to be frozen finger fish rather than classic authentic British fish & chips.
It’s not their specialty obviously.
Service was classy, helpful and patient…since I require staff to rinse my plates w bottled water, they happily obliged.
Comfy indoor and outdoor seating available as well. Excellent dining experience overall.

Recently I went there with 5 of my friends and we ordered whole bunch of food including wings, 2 Mexican Steak (Chicken), Chicken Parmesan, 2 Tarragon Chicken, 1 Panini Sandwich.
Total damage around 13k.
However I had few complaints about their service. For which they immediately apologized and promised to do better next time. Even offered complimentary slice of pastry. And 10% off on the bill.
They are go to place for a usual evening. Loved the Tarragon Chicken and Parmesan Chicken.
PS: really liked they are among few places in Islamabad which offer diaper changer for babies.
Suggestion: get back in service game and improve drinks quality.

We had a hi tea buffet.
Almost everything on the menu was good.
And I really want to say that their service is so good. They remove the plates quickly from your table and fill up the food on time.
They serve prawns and drink on the table and rest all the food on the buffet.
Price is 1990 per person if you pay from card.

Extremely disappointed by the Hi-tea service. Poor service, no re-filling of food. Poor managerial system, non cooperative staff doesn’t care no matter how much you complain. The items mentioned on the hi tea desserts were not there at all except one cake mini one bite. Nothing else in desserts. No refilling of food at all. Empty dishes at display tooo crowded! Pathetic experience with customers service and management.

Location is good, but because of first floor sitting, our old age parents maybe feel uncomfortable with the stairs. ????
Food quality and taste is average. Not so delicious. But pizzas are so good & delicious ????
