Absolutely maddening! This was, without a doubt, the worst experience ever. I'd rate it negative 15 stars if I could, all because of the terrible service. The food might have been a bit better, but the guy at the counter acted like he was doing me a favor by even talking to me. The seats were awful, like they were made for little kids. Even though I asked nicely, I had to wait to plce order on the counter for 10 whole minutes in a place where you're supposed to serve yourself. And to make things worse, while I waited, worker helped just one person, while three others just sat around doing nothing. It was so rude. I wouldn't tell anyone to go there, and I definitely won't be going back, ever!
Purchase 3 deals from their menu and first of all they took an hours to get us the food! The chipotle fries they gave were horrible, sour-iest I ever had and plain fries were uncooked and when complained they said, it is how it is, we cant do anything. Small cute cafe with pocket friendly menu. I have tried their soringo and mac n cheese before both were 10/10. I had cheese blaster this time, it was okayish. Quantity n quality is 10/10.
When it comes to taste and affordability, sorriso is the best option but the place is congested, the service is too slow plus they will request you to leave right after serving you food. Visit early morning so you dont face these kind of issues.
Superb n tasty everything was delicious and also the quantity was at best... Loved their tarragon steak it was juicy, Alfredo pasta was the king dish, Mac and cheese was also hit and the might burger was good but was too saucy.Need to visit n try.
