Love love love the hotpot. We are regular hotpotters and were so pleasantly surprised to see everything fresh. It wasn't your typical broth and the blocks of spices that are available at all other places. These were special broths and unique dips and lovely fresh vegetables and meats. Highly recommended. Super happy to have a wonderful hotpot experience in North Nazimabad

exceptional experience at ginsoy! the food was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of authentic Chinese dishes to choose from. the ambiance was cozy and inviting, and the staff was pretty friendly and attentive.

The new place is good, ambience wise, i sat on the sofa seat which was broken. The service was quick. but the wait staff isntvtrained well enough. we had to call them again and again. food was ok, not exceptional though we had ordered a ginsoy special, bit nothi g special about it. we had ordered crispy beef, and there was a lot of crisp but no beef. couldnt taste any beef at all. The hot and sour was fine.

Went there with my whole family and we had a pleasant experience. It has a new branch and the ambiance there is topnotch but the location on Google maps is not updated.The price is a bit on the expensive side. However the quantity is very generous. We ordered 5 dishes and 3 of them were almost untouched in the end. The complementary crackers are an absolute delight as well. Will visit again.One problem we faced is that we called the branch multiple times but no one received our calls. I hope this issue is fixed soon.

food was warm and was delivered on time. the staff was super cooperative and responded to all the quarries! the portions of the food definitely met the expectations as they were not small at all! would definitely recommend anyone looking to dine at a place which serves good food at reasonable price.
